Chief Executive Officer
Tenny Tolofari is a visionary entrepreneur, investor, and cybersecurity expert with a passion for securing Africa’s digital landscape. As the Co-founder & CEO of WT CyTech, he leads the charge in AI-driven cybersecurity solutions and workforce development, bridging Africa’s cybersecurity talent gap while protecting enterprises from evolving threats.
With extensive experience in private equity, cybersecurity, and leadership, Tenny has built and scaled companies, demonstrating expertise in investment strategy, cyber risk management, and business development. His background as a Global Incident Commander at Baker Hughes solidified his reputation in cyber defense, incident response, and enterprise security operations.
Tenny is also a co-founder of XSITE Capital, a leading private equity firm focused on real estate investment and wealth-building, where he played a key role in raising capital and structuring investment strategies. His ability to combine technology, business acumen, and financial strategy makes him a powerful leader in the cybersecurity and investment sectors.
Emmanuel Goodwill
Chief Technology Officer
IEmmanuel Goodwill is a seasoned Information Security Professional, Co-founder and CTO of WT Cytech. As leader with over a decade of industry experience working in global companies like Microsoft, Barings, Emmanuel has built multiple cybersecurity programs from ground up in hybrid environments and fully deployed AWS /Azure/ GCP Cloud environment. Emmanuel core competency is in Digital Forensics & Incident Response, Application Security, Data Loss Prevention, Security Governance, Risk Management, Security Assessments and Compliance, Vulnerability Management, Cyber Threat Intelligence, and Incident Management.

Ron is the CEO and Co-founder of Rapid Strategy. Ron is a seasoned cyber professional and industry leader with nearly 20 years of experience in financial services and the federal government. As the former Global CISO for an international investment management firm, he has led cybersecurity efforts spanning 44 offices across 17 countries. Ron now takes the reins at Rapid Strategy, charting the course across a dynamic security landscape. Ron is a graduate of Appalachian State University and is an avid golfer.

IOlugbenga Goodwill is a legal practitioner and General Counsel for WT Cytech. . Olugbenga is highly professional with the requisite knowledge in both
civil and criminal litigation, Business (Corporate) Law, child advocacy, Tech law and Real Estate.
Proficient in advising startups, tech companies, and established businesses on data Protection, intellectual Property , Cyber Security and Regulatory Compliance. Adept at drafting contacts, negotiating agreements, conducting legal researches and representing clients in dispute. Passionate about leveraging legal expertise to navigate the evolving landscape of digital and technology-driven industry.
